Save your list as a CSV file, then go to Contacts and click Import Contacts. Match each column to a field, choose whether to create new contacts, update existing ones, or both, and start the import. Only account admins can import.
Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file with one sheet, under 30 MB. Excel and Google Sheets files need to be downloaded as CSV first.
In your RiverX account, go to Contacts and click "Import Contacts."
Choose "Contacts," then click "Next."
Upload your CSV and choose how to handle it: create new contacts, update existing ones, or create and update.
Match each column to a field. Columns you don't match are skipped. Tick "Don't update Empty Values" if you don't want blank cells to erase existing info.
Optionally add a tag to everyone in the file, such as "imported october," so you can find them later.
Confirm you have permission to contact these people, then start the import.
Check progress under Contacts, then "Bulk Actions." If any rows failed, open the import and download the error list.
