   Open GBP Optimization

   Go to Reputation, then GBP Optimization.

   Work through flagged sections

   Work through the flagged sections: description, photos, categories, services, hours, phone, and links.

   Save each change

   Save each change. Most show on Google within minutes. Some, like address changes, can take up to 24 hours.

Schedule a Google post

   Open Social Planner

   Go to Marketing, then Social Planner.

   Create a new post

   Click New Post, then Create New Post, and choose your Google profile under "Post to."

   Pick a type

   Pick a type: update, offer, or event.

   Add content

   Add the text, one photo, and a button like Call or Book.

   Schedule it

   Click Post, then Schedule Post, and pick the date and time.

Good to know

• Google posts allow photos but not video, and up to 1,500 characters.
• If the Google connection expires, scheduled posts fail. Reconnect in Reputation, then Settings, then Integrations, and reschedule.
