Connect your Google Business Profile

Short answer

Connect your Google Business Profile in your RiverX account so review requests use your real review link, replies post to Google, and new reviews show up in one place. You stay the owner of your profile, and you can disconnect anytime.

    Open Integrations

    In your RiverX account, go to Settings, then Integrations.

    Connect Google

    Find Google and click Connect.

  3. 3

    Sign in and allow access

    Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile, and allow access.

    Pick your location

    Pick your business location.

Common questions
Do you become the owner?

No. You stay the owner. The connection lets your RiverX account read reviews, send review requests with your link, and post replies. Disconnect it anytime in Settings.

Can I connect Facebook too?

Yes. Connect your Facebook business page the same way, in Settings, then Integrations.
